2008-2009 School Calendar

Again this year, TDA is using a year-round calendar, where students can choose which periods of time during the year they will be going to school. Students pick enough weeks so that full year students are attending 180 days.

Because of this, a student's "First" and "Last" days of school are unique to each student. If they choose weeks that include the following holidays, that holiday is indicated in their calendar. The calendar that they have selected can be viewed and printed from the main login to the Gradebook (click Home above).

Sept. 1, 2008	-	Labor Day - No School
Nov. 27-28, 2008	-	Thanksgiving Vacation
Dec. 24-26, 2008	-	Winter Holiday Vacation
Dec. 31, 2008 - Jan. 1, 2009	-	Winter Holiday Vacation
Jan. 19, 2009	-	Martin Luther King Day - No School
Feb. 16, 2009	-	President's Day - No School
April 10, 2009	-	Non-Access Day - No School
May 25, 2009	-	Memorial Day - No School
June 19, 2009	-	Last Day of TDA's Year Round School Calendar
To Be Determined	-	TDA 08-09 Graduation Day

2008-2009 Testing Dates

TDA students are required by law to take all state mandated testing appropriate to their grade level. As a parent or guardian of a TDA
student, you will be responsible for making arrangements in getting your student to the testing locations on the dates and times required.
